Home Health Care, Inc., is a locally owned State Licensened Private Home Health Agency since 1987, non medicare / non medi-cal.

We are skilled home care professionals trained to assist our clients in staying in their homes.  All of our clients are case managed by RNs.  All of our caregivers go through an intense screening process. 

We offer RN case management for clients with families residing out of the area.

Our RNs visit routinely and as needed.  We perform thorough biopsychocial assessments and provide detailed, practical plans of care.  We teach, we track medications and fill medisets.  We coordinate and make referrals.  We communicate with physicians and family members.  Our goal is to solve problems, rather than create them.
